The apartment has been newly built and furnished in 2019. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances; refrigerator and oven and crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment, towels and bed linen are all included.
There is stairs access to the apartment which is step free except a small step at the entrance to the building.
All operating and heating costs as well as costs for electricity and water and internet are included in the rent. Underground parking spaces can be booked but are subject to availability (150 euro/month) and is not included in the all-inclusive rent. Cleaning services are also available for an additional fee.
