What does FARAWAYHOME cost?
Success-based commission only — no base fee, no listing fees, no setup costs, no recurring payments. Billed once per contract and only when a let is mediated via FARAWAYHOME — capped at 12 months per tenant, with revenue from month 13 going 1:1 to you. Each provider profile can choose between two packages (full channel freedom, or a reduced preferred rate for a focused channel mix). You'll see the full rate card at registration in your provider account — or in a personal conversation. Existing agreements retain their conditions.
Does FARAWAYHOME hold rent or deposits?
No. First rent and deposit go directly to your account before move-in. We never hold funds and are not a party to the lease.
Are prospective tenants verified?
Yes, in two stages. Stage 1 (mandatory, before any inquiry): identity verification via ID document or verified corporate domain — around 1 in 5 inquiries is filtered out upfront. Stage 2 (after acceptance): income and affordability check — mandatory before signing for landlords, configurable per listing for providers and operators. No SCHUFA required — ability to pay is evidenced via income documents, friendly to international tenants.
Who prepares the lease?
Landlords: FARAWAYHOME prepares the legally sound lease (EN/DE), ready for signature — included. Providers and operators: your own templates are supported; alternatively, our vetted templates are available in OS.
How does my inventory get onto the platform?
Single properties: manually in FARAWAYHOME OS in minutes, with AI-guided listing creation. Portfolios: FARAWAYHOME Crawler (automatic import from your website), API, or OpenImmo feed — plus interfaces to Propstack and Flowfact. One account for all locations or one per brand. Inventory live in days, not months.
Can I list on other channels in parallel?
Yes — the Standard and Premium packages come with full channel freedom. The reduced preferred rates (Exclusive for landlords, Focus for providers) reward a focused or exclusive channel mix. We promote your listings — not your brand against you, and never outreach to your existing tenants.
Do tenants pay fees?
No. Tenants pay nothing on FARAWAYHOME — not to inquire, not to book, not at any point. Lower friction, higher conversion for your listings.
How quickly do inquiries arrive?

Does FARAWAYHOME handle ongoing property management?
