  • The apartment has been newly built furnished in 2019. You will find everything you need for everyday life. In addition to a refrigerator, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment, towels and bed linen. All operating and heating costs as well as costs for electricity and water and internet are included in the rent. There is a laundry room in the house. Underground parking spaces can be booked optionally and subject to availability and is not included in the all-inclusive rent. Cleaning services are also available for an additional fee.
