Welcome to Casa del Beni. Your hosts Beni & Sven are delighted to welcome you and wish you a pleasant, relaxing and unforgettable stay. These house rules are intended to ensure a safe and comfortable stay while helping to maintain the holiday home and its facilities in excellent condition for all guests.

1. General Information
• Please treat the holiday home, furniture, facilities and all technical equipment with care and respect.
• The booking guest is responsible for informing all accompanying guests about these house rules.
• Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay at the property.
• Restricted or locked areas may not be entered.
• Video surveillance is used exclusively in the outdoor area and serves the security of the property.
• Please refill the vacuum and mopping robot with water after each use.
• We kindly ask for a responsible use of energy (e.g. avoiding open windows while heating is running or unnecessary continuous operation of technical equipment). Additional costs caused by excessive consumption may be charged separately.
• Parties, events or large gatherings are not permitted. The property is equipped with a noise monitoring system. Additional cleaning, security or damage-related costs may be charged if necessary.

2. Quiet Hours
To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, please observe the legal quiet hours.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM – Please avoid loud music or any disturbing noise during this time.

3. Liability
• Use of the holiday home and all facilities is at your own risk.
• No liability is accepted for personal belongings or valuables.
• The booking guest is liable for all damages caused by themselves or accompanying guests.
• Parents or legal guardians are responsible for their children.

4. Safety
• Open fire is prohibited inside the property, except for designated facilities such as the fireplace or fire bowl.
• Electrical appliances may only be used for their intended purpose.
• Any damage, defects or safety concerns must be reported to the host immediately.

5. Cleaning & Care
The final cleaning fee only includes a basic cleaning service.
We therefore kindly ask you to:
• leave the holiday home tidy and broom clean
• clean dishes or place them in the dishwasher
• dispose of waste according to the recycling system (bins are located near the entrance)
• leave used beds in an orderly condition
• place used towels on the bathroom floor
• dry shower areas using the squeegee after use

6. Pool Usage
• Use of the pool is at your own risk.
• Surfaces may become slippery when wet.
• Children may only use the pool under adult supervision.
• Jumping from the pool edge is prohibited.
• Glass bottles or breakable objects are not allowed in the pool area.
• Use of the pool under the influence of alcohol is at your own responsibility.
• No lifeguard is present.
• Access to the pool technical room is prohibited.
• The basic cleaning and adjustment of pool cleaning, pH and chlorine levels are carried out before arrival.
• Cleaning during the stay is the responsibility of the guests using the provided pool robot or manual vacuum cleaner.

7. Sauna Usage
• Use of the sauna is at your own risk.
• Recommended duration: 10–15 minutes per sauna session.
• Hot surfaces must not be touched.
• Please always use a towel as an underlay.
• Use under the influence of alcohol is not recommended.
• Guests with medical conditions should seek medical advice before use.

8. Whirlpool Usage
• Please only activate the whirlpool function when the bathtub is sufficiently filled with water.
• Operating the system without enough water may result in technical damage or water damage.

9. Keys & Access
• Please handle keys and gate remotes carefully. Losses must be reported immediately to the host.
• Replacement or exchange costs resulting from loss may be charged to the guest.

10. Smoking & Pets
• Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
• Additional cleaning or damage-related costs may be charged in case of violations.
• Pets are only allowed upon prior agreement.

11. Departure
Please leave the holiday home no later than 11:00 AM.
Before departure, please:
• close all windows
• switch off lights and electrical devices
• reduce heating
• return keys and gate remotes to the key box
• properly lock the key box and rotate the code afterwards

12. TV & Entertainment
• Television service is provided via Samsung TV (Unlimited), Waipu.TV (4) & Netflix (2) w/ Advertisement (Limit 4+2)
• Additional content may be accessed via the Samsung TV interface.
• Streaming and Pay-TV services may be used with personal user accounts.

13. Fireplace & Fire Bowl
• Use of the fireplace and fire bowl is at your own risk.
• Firewood is generally not included in the booking.
• If firewood is available, small quantities may be used.
• Please exercise special caution when handling open fire.

14. Gas Grill & Stone Grill
• Use is at your own risk.
• The grill and grill grate must be cleaned thoroughly immediately after each use.
• Gas is not included in the booking.
• If gas is available, small quantities may be used.
• Gas refills are available at nearby hardware stores such as Hornbach.
• Please exercise special caution when operating the grill.

15. Bedrooms
• The portable bedside lights can be charged using the provided cables (Generally charged at home prep).
• Please do not adjust or reposition the television mounts.

16. Game Room & Terrace
• Game accessories are located in the kitchen drawer inside the game room.
• Terrace equipment is stored in the conservatory next to the game room.
• After using the pool table, please brush the playing surface and replace the protective cover.

17. Refrigerator
• Ice cubes are available in the refrigerator and may be used freely. Please refill the ice tray after use.
