WHAT EACH SERVICE INCLUDES
Flat search (furnished, temporary). Your expat is offered up to 8 furnished properties. We coordinate booking and handover.
Flat search (permanent, unfurnished). Apartment research, application, accompaniment to up to 8 viewings, documentation, lease signing support with English bullet-point summary, and handover.
City registration. Anmeldung and Ummeldung at the Bürgeramt. We book the appointment, accompany your expat and complete all required forms.
Insurance and social security number. We connect your expat with verified contacts for health insurance (public or private), liability and household insurance. We coordinate the social security number application.
Bank account. Information on suitable expat bank accounts, appointment coordination and IBAN forwarding to the HR contact.
Internet. We connect your employee with an English-speaking expat internet provider.
Utilities. English-speaking gas and electricity broker. German TV tax (Rundfunkbeitrag) coordination.
Tax ID collection. 3 to 5 days after city registration, the tax ID can be collected with power of attorney.
After-hours support. Premium customers can reach us via WhatsApp after hours. Response typically within 2 hours.
