Each of the rooms has lovely molding on the ceiling, and all of it has been stripped and repainted so that the artwork and craftsmanship show through clearly. All of the lighting is new and specially selected to suit the particular room. The building entrance way is dramatic. Through the courtyard, a newly installed elevator provides access to the fourth-floor apartment. The curved-shaped bedroom faces east and looks out onto a sun-lit courtyard. It has a king-size bed, large cherrywood armoire, writing desk, a built-in bookcase, and Persian rugs. The living room faces west and has a balcony facing a school yard for elementary school children.
