  • Internet:
  • Care: I ask you to use my apartment carefully and with respect. Therefore, celebrating parties or loud events is unfortunately prohibited, also to protect my neighbors. Please use my furniture and all other items with care.
  • Maintenance: I ask you to clean the apartment once a week and ventilate it at least once a day. This also reduces the cleaning costs after your move-out.
  • Smoking: This is a non-smoking apartment.
  • You are welcome to use the internet access free of charge according to the applicable legal rules. You can find the access data on the back of the router.
  • Visiting illegal internet sites and services (example: using illegal streaming websites) is expressly prohibited. German law applies.
  • Trash: Please dispose of trash in the appropriate trash container. The container is located on the right side in a wooden shed.
  • Key handover: Please leave the front door, apartment door and mailbox keys on the living room table when departing or give them personally to the person during handover.
  • Neighbors: Please behave politely and friendly towards the neighbors and respect their privacy and desire for harmony. If questions regarding affiliation should arise, please share that you are a friend of Conrad who is visiting.
  • Insurance: Please always lock the front door carefully when leaving the apartment, otherwise the insurance will not cover it. After your move-in, I will send you an email with more detailed information about taking out your private liability insurance.
  • Damage: If something should break or something no longer functions as it should, please contact me directly so we can find a solution as quickly as possible. Should there still be defective or missing items after move-out, I will have to charge a compensation fee of 50 euros + the value of the goods.
  • Introduction:
  • Mail & Packages: Please use the following address to receive mail and packages. A mailbox key was handed over to you, the mailboxes are in the entrance area.
  • To reflect the massively increased energy costs (hot water, heating, electricity), an additional energy cost flat rate per month is charged in addition to the normal warm rent. The further details are recorded in the rental agreement.
