Please Notice that HEATING AND ELECTRICITY ARE NOT INCLUDED: depending on consumption count an average of 200-300 euros per month ( triple vitrage in many rooms). Please also NOTICE that, even there are two bathrooms, unfortunately you can only use hot water in one bathroom at once. But there is an unlimited amount of hot water (it is not limited by a boiler).
