• This home has a minimum stay of 12 months.
• Maximum 2 residents allowed.
• It is not permitted to smoke inside any FARAWAYHOME property.
• 1. Observe quiet hours: Please observe the night-time quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am, as well as any other quiet hours applicable within the building.
• 2. Non-smoking flat: Smoking is not permitted inside the flat (it may be permitted on the balcony, provided it does not disturb neighbours).
• 3. No parties or events: The flat is intended exclusively for residential purposes.
• 4. Take good care of the furnishings: Furniture, electrical appliances and fixtures must be treated with care. Any damage must be reported immediately.
• 5. Cleanliness: The flat must be kept clean and handed over in a clean and tidy condition upon moving out.
• 6. Waste separation: Household waste must be sorted in accordance with local regulations and disposed of in the designated bins.
• 7. Pets: Pets are not allowed
• 8. Ventilation and heating: Regularly air the property thoroughly and heat it appropriately to prevent damp and mould.
• 9. Keys: Keys must not be passed on to third parties. Any loss must be reported immediately.
• 10. Balcony: Show consideration for the neighbours; barbecuing is permitted only where allowed by the house rules.
• 11. Stairwell and communal areas: These must be kept clean and must not be used for storage.
• 12. Visitors: Guests are welcome; however, extended stays or overnight stays over a longer period should be agreed with the landlord.
• 13. Obligation to report damage: Any faults with appliances, water pipes or the flat must be reported immediately.
• We ask that you treat the flat as if it were your own home.
• Treating the furnishings with respect and being considerate of the neighbours will help to ensure that all residents in the building feel at home.
