The nearest bus to the city center, to the U-Bahn or S-Bahn is 1 minute away. There are incredibly many supermarkets and shops for daily needs within walking distance. Countless restaurants, bars, nightlife and shopping opportunities, bookstores, children's shops, florists, furniture stores, hairdressers, beauty studios, massage studios, spas etc. practically right on the doorstep (5 minutes on foot). Nevertheless, the apartment is comparatively quiet, due to the one-way street in front of the door. Schools and kindergartens are also in the immediate vicinity. It is the ideal environment for children with numerous playgrounds, kindergartens, pediatricians and pediatric dentists and schools in the immediate vicinity.
