The house is neither a hotel nor a shared living space, and yet it is both. Being a guest at our houses means becoming part of a community. The property is situated at Frankensteiner Strasse 20, in the center of Alt-Sachsenhausen with a view over Frankfurt's high-rise skyline. The traditional-quirky district, which is famous for it's apple wine cellars, plays an influential role in setting the mood at our house. At night is when the neighbourhood really comes to life - on weekends it sparkles with vivacity, and accordingly sound levels can rise too. Thanks to its excellent location, the hotel is only a few minutes away from the city center.
