The apartment has been newly built and furnished in 2019. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances; refrigerator and oven and crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment, towels and bed linen are all included.
There is stair and elevator access to the apartment which is step free except a small step at the entrance to the building.
All operating and heating costs as well as costs for electricity and water and internet are included in the rent. There is a laundry room in the house which can be used free of charge by the tenants. Underground parking spaces can be booked but are subject to availability (150 euro/month) and is not included in the all-inclusive rent. Cleaning services are also available for an additional fee.
